Shipping policy

Orders placed by 01:00pm NZST are normally dispatched the following work day. 

NZ Post overnight courier service will normally be used, courier network delays are outside our control. Check the NZ Post network status here

We will not issue refunds or discounts for delayed parcels. 

Shipping charges vary and are calculated by weight.

Your tracking number will be emailed once your order is dispatched, track your parcel here

If you believe your parcel has been lost, you have 14 days from dispatch to notify us, we are not obligated to issue refunds for lost parcels that show a couriers delivery scan in the tracking.
