By participating in this giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:
- The giveaway is open to participants who are residents of New Zealand and are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Good Candles Ltd (T/A Hello Sunday) are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Period:
- The giveaway will start on 20th July 2023 and end on 30th July at 6pm NZ Standard Time.
- Entries submitted before or after the giveaway period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter:
- Participants must comment on the Giveaway post (Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok) on which they are participating.

- Only one comment per post per participant will be counted. 

- Participants can earn up to three entries by commenting on all three social media platforms included in the giveaway.

4. Prize:
- Two sets of pajamas will be given away to one winner.
- The pajama sets include one pink set and one blue set.
- The available sizes are NZ8 to NZ16; however, the sizes are subject to stock availability.
- Good Candles Ltd (T/A Hello Sunday) reserves the right to substitute the pajama sets with an item of similar value if the specified sizes are not available.

- If an incorrect size is selected, the winner has 5 working days after delivery to return it at their own cost, a suitable alternative will be shipped if one is available.

5. Winner Selection:
- The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Unless the giveaway term is extended the winner will be announced on 30th July 2023 on all platforms including the one where they participated. 
- The winner must respond within 72 hours of the announcement. Failure to do so may result in disqualification, and a new winner will be selected.

6. Delivery:
- Shipping to one address within New Zealand is included in the prize.
- Good Candles Ltd (T/A Hello Sunday) will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or delay during the shipping process.

7. Publicity:
- By participating in this giveaway, the winner agrees to allow [Your Company Name] to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. Rights and Ownership:
- Participants retain the rights to the content they post for the giveaway but grant Good Candles Ltd (T/A Hello Sunday) the right to use and repost this content for promotional purposes.

9. Disqualification:
- Good Candles Ltd (T/A Hello Sunday) reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating the terms and conditions or engaging in fraudulent activities.
