By participating in this campaign, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for the free Women's Refuge donation the order must contain one or more sets of pajama's at full price or with no more than a 15% discount, the order must be fully paid for, delivered, and have no in progress returns or exchanges.

2. Free Item: The free Women's Refuge product may be added to the cart however this is not a requirement and the donation will be made regardless of this free item being part of the order. Excess quantities of the free item occurring in the cart will be disregarded and will not result in additional donations.

3. Campaign Period: The promotion will run until 31st September 2023 . Hello Sunday may end the promotion earlier if the maximum donation quantity as notified to Women's Refuge New Zealand is reached.

4. Donation: Good Candles Ltd will donate for every eligible set of pajama's purchased, an equivalent or similar value set of Pajama's to Women's Refuge New Zealand.

5. Delivery: Good Candles Ltd (T/A Hello Sunday) will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or delay during the shipping process.

6. Publicity: By participating in Dreams for Dreams and posting content about the event, participants agree to allow Good Candles Ltd to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

7. Rights and Ownership: Participants retain the rights to the content they post for the Dreams for Dreams but grant Good Candles Ltd (T/A Hello Sunday) the right to use and repost this content for promotional purposes.

8. Disqualification: Good Candles Ltd (T/A Hello Sunday) reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating the terms and conditions or engaging in fraudulent activities.

9. Changes and Cancellation: Good Candles Ltd (T/A Hello Sunday) reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.

10. Legal: This donation is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.
